Arbitration
Juliana Felippe has over ten years of experience in complex disputes involving contractual, commercial, and regulatory matters. She has acted in proceedings before several arbitral institutions, including the ICC (International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce), CAM-CCBC (Center for Arbitration and Mediation of the Chamber of Commerce Brazil-Canada), CAMARB (Chamber of Business Mediation and Arbitration), CAM B3 (Market Arbitration Chamber), ARBITAC (Chamber of Mediation and Arbitration of the Commercial Association of Parana), among others.
Before founding GFA, she served as Secretary General of ARBITAC, where she held the position of Coordinator of Mediation and Arbitration. Since 2015, she has worked as an attorney, independent secretary to arbitral tribunals, and arbitrators’ assistant.
She holds a Master’s degree from UFPR (Federal University of Paraná) and a postgraduate specialization in civil law, civil procedure, and consumer law from Universidade Positivo. Completed the 2016 Arbitration Academy session in Paris.
